Monster Mechanical delivers water treatment equipment, RO systems, pumps, motors, filters, membranes, water softeners, tanks and accessories nationwide across South Africa. We are based in Cape Town and ship to all major cities, towns and regional areas.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all areas in South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, George, Stellenbosch, Paarl and surrounding areas.

Estimated Delivery Times

Cape Town / Western Cape main areas: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Major city centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–5 working days after dispatch
Regional areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Remote or outlying areas: 5–10 working days after dispatch
Heavy, oversized or special-order items: Delivery time confirmed before dispatch

These are estimated delivery times after dispatch, not after ordering. Processing time, stock availability and supplier lead time may affect when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size and delivery destination. For heavy or oversized items such as commercial RO systems, large pumps, water tanks and bulk orders, delivery costs may need to be confirmed separately.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Not all shipments include tracking — contact us if you need a delivery status update.

Heavy & Oversized Items

Products such as commercial RO systems, industrial pumps, water tanks, large motors and bulk orders may require special delivery arrangements. Delivery costs and timelines for these items are confirmed before dispatch.

Collection

Collection from our Cape Town location may be available by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before arriving to confirm your order is ready for collection.
