Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We ship throughout South Africa. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery and Collection
Where available, local delivery and in-store collection options will be shown at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@monstermechanical.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@monstermechanical.co.za with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
