- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect voltage or power supply, dry running, chemical damage, negligence, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear

- Chemical damage or corrosion from unsuitable water or fluids
- Physical damage from handling, transport or impact

- Use of non-genuine replacement parts
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Monster Mechanical with your order number, product details and description of the issue
- Provide photos or video of the product and the fault where possible
- Our team will assess the claim and advise on the next steps
- Products may need to be returned for inspection before warranty replacement or repair can be processed
- Do not return products without contacting us first
