2000 LPH Reverse Osmosis System – Industrial Water Purification

The 2000 LPH reverse osmosis system is an industrial water purifier designed to remove dissolved salts, minerals, and other impurities from feed water. It produces up to 2 T/H (2000 litres per hour) of clean water, making it suitable for industrial plants, bottling facilities, commercial operations, and laboratories.

Because this is a standalone RO unit, it does not include pretreatment equipment. Therefore, sediment filters, carbon filters, or antiscalant dosing should be installed upstream to protect the membranes. As a result, the system delivers consistent, low-TDS water for industrial use.

How It Works

Feed water first enters the system, and the high-pressure pump drives it through semi-permeable RO membranes. Consequently, salts and impurities are rejected to the wastewater side, while purified water passes through to the product line.

Meanwhile, flow meters, pressure gauges, and panel controls allow operators to monitor the system in real time. Therefore, the membranes remain protected, and the system runs efficiently even during continuous operation.

Key Features

  • High output of 2000 LPH (2 T/H)
  • Industrial-grade RO membranes for strong salt and impurity removal
  • Durable FRP and stainless steel construction
  • Built-in flow meters and pressure gauges for easy monitoring
  • Efficient energy use with 5 kW system power consumption
  • Easy operation and maintenance
  • Ideal for continuous industrial or commercial use

Operation & Performance

This system operates under high pressure, which forces water molecules through the RO membranes while rejecting salts and impurities. Therefore, the system consistently produces low-TDS water.

In addition, the built-in monitoring instruments allow operators to track flow and pressure. As a result, membrane performance is maintained, and the system runs efficiently over long periods.

Applications

The 2000 LPH reverse osmosis system is ideal for:

  • Industrial water treatment plants
  • Commercial and factory water supply
  • Beverage and bottling facilities
  • Food processing operations
  • Laboratories and pharmaceutical water supply

Because of its high output and reliability, it performs well in continuous-use industrial environments.

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • Conduct a water analysis before installation to determine pretreatment needs.
  • Install sediment, carbon filters, and antiscalant dosing upstream to protect membranes.
  • Qualified technicians should handle installation and commissioning.
  • Regularly monitor flow, pressure, and TDS to maintain performance.

Why Choose This System

The 2000 LPH reverse osmosis system combines industrial strength, consistent low-TDS output, and easy monitoring. Although it is a standalone RO unit, it works efficiently with pretreatment systems and provides reliable water purification for demanding industrial and commercial applications.
