Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. Delivery estimates range from 1–3 business days after dispatch for main Cape Town and Western Cape destinations to 5–10 business days for remote or outlying areas. Processing for standard in-stock orders is normally 1–3 business days. Exact costs are shown before payment. See the Shipping policy for all location bands and exceptions.
What does delivery cost?
For products available for direct online purchase, the delivery charge is calculated before payment. Heavy or oversized items that cannot be rated at checkout are quote-only; the complete freight charge is included in the quotation before acceptance.
Can I collect an order?
Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Wait for written confirmation that the order is ready before arriving.
What is the return policy?
Eligible unused standard-stock items can be requested for return within 30 calendar days after receipt. Conditions, exclusions, return costs, defective-product rights and refund timing are stated in the Returns & Refunds policy. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Applicable statutory rights remain in force. Some products also have a manufacturer or supplier warranty whose period and conditions vary. The product page or written quotation must state a particular warranty before we advertise it as applying. See the Warranty policy.
Are you an authorised dealer for every brand shown?
No general authorisation should be inferred. Monster Mechanical is an independent retailer and supplier. We describe an authorised relationship only where we hold current written evidence for the specific brand.
Do you provide technical support or installation?
We provide product-selection guidance based on the information supplied. Final suitability, design, installation and commissioning must be confirmed for the site and should be performed by a suitably qualified person where required. Installation availability depends on the product and location and will be expressly included only if quoted.
How do I contact you or request a quote?
